What You'll Do- Weld pressure vessels, tanks, metal and possibly in enclosed spaces
- Read blueprints & AWS weld symbols
- Produce clean, accurate welds on schedule
- Maintain inventory & prep materials
- Follow all OSHA & Hess safety standards
- Indoor facility with breakroom
- Consistent 1st-shift schedule
- Overtime available
- Team-driven, growth-focused culture
- ASME Welding Certificate
- 2+ years experience
- Ability to pass a weld test
- Strong teamwork mindset
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
