Position OverviewWe’re looking for a Retail Assistant Manager – Full‑Time to join our store located at Store 0013 – The Mall – maurices – Hays, KS 67601. As an assistant manager, you will assist in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience. You will strategize to achieve team sales goals and help execute maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store.
The role also supports your leadership development journey.
- Assist in supervising the store team to deliver exceptional service.
- Strategize and work towards team sales goals.
- Execute open and close procedures and all SOPs accurately.
- Provide styling advice and customer interaction on a regular basis.
- Develop leadership skills and support associates’ growth.
- At least 18 years of age.
- 1 year of customer service experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to foster a positive team environment.
- Experience in training and directing others.
- Ability to take initiative and participate in decision making.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
- Computer proficiency.
