The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to execute tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

As a FAST Team Member, you should be available, flexible, adaptable, and service-oriented. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining regular attendance.
• Working scheduled shifts, including varied hours, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicating proactively with your supervisor about work progress and issues.
• Completing planograms, resets, and store measurements accurately and timely.
• Performing cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hanging signage, assembling merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Reviewing planogram integrity and recovering store areas.
• Providing excellent customer service following GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensuring a memorable shopping experience that sets us apart.
• Providing peak coverage during special times (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Experience:

Prior retail or merchandising experience required. Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is preferred. Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding (strongly preferred).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Mostly indoor environment with moderate noise.
• Shifts generally range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Travel between stores using personal vehicle, sometimes for long periods.
• Maintain safety standards and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Work on hard surfaces with adequate lighting and temperature.

• Travel support for district needs.
• Push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Lift or reach overhead occasionally.
• Stand, kneel, twist, crouch, squat, bend, climb ladders frequently.
• Access all store areas safely.
• Operate store equipment.
• Read, write, and count accurately for documentation.
• Effective communication skills.
• Handle contact with birds/poultry.
• Complete required training successfully.
• Operate equipment like dollies, hand trucks, forklifts, balers, computers, cash registers (forklift/baler if over 18).
• Lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Driving, standing, walking, reaching overhead.
• Move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the store.
• Maintain physical and mental stamina for store movement.
