As the Product Support Sales Rep - EPG, you will actively seek new customers and markets for Electrical Power Generation (EPG) Product Support opportunity. You will influence the sale of parts and service from existing and prospective customers for the EPG division and will also act as a consultant/advisor for the customer.
Job Duties:- Establish a professional, positive working relationship with customers.
- Maintain open communication, and working relationship, with Sales, Service and Parts personnel.
- Actively seek new customers and markets for Product Support opportunity with the applicable market segment(s).
- Inspect and accurately prepare repair quotes and present to the customer.
- Stay aware of current business status and changes in the assigned territory. Remain current on product knowledge, as well as competitive product lines.
- Time management and customer call planning to include: objective of customer call, results, and required follow up.
- Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations.
- Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred, two to four years of prior experience in a related field, and/or a combination of both.
- Experience in sales is needed - experience in parts, service or other related field is preferred.
- Strong technical and parts-related knowledge.
- Ability to drive and valid license required
