Our client is looking for a temp to hire Accounting Clerk. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $28 to $33 per hour.
Responsibilities- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate financial records.
- Serve as a backup for the Accounts Receivable Coordinator, handling clerical tasks.
- Prepare journal entries and reconcile accounts.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Manage manual processes related to financial transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in Accounting preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Prior experience in accounting or finance roles is desirable.
