We are hiring a Business Office Assistant (BOA) to join our team.

Salary Range: $28.00–$30.00 per hour

• Assist business office operations ensuring internal controls are effective.
• Maximize cash flow, meet accounts receivable targets, and process invoices accurately and timely.
• Act as a financial liaison between corporate departments and staff (accounting, reimbursement, etc.) to support audit and compliance efforts.

• 1–2 years of accounts receivable or accounts payable experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding and implementation of healthcare reimbursement and billing principles.
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long‑term care.

• Previous experience in long‑term billing or similar roles.
• Experience with Point Click Care .
