With advanced R&D capabilities in the U.S., EU, and Asia, as well as large-scale manufacturing capacity worldwide, FEU is seeking a driven and dependable Senior Sales Manager to help the Company accelerate growth across North and South America. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies for North and South America, aligning with company growth goals.
  • Identify, target, and acquire new customers across mobility, industrial, energy storage, and emerging electrification sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, tier-1s, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and contract execution.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to provide customers with accurate product knowledge and technical support.
  • Track industry trends, competitive landscape, policy changes, and market opportunities in the Americas.
  • Prepare regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and business insights for senior management.
  • Support marketing, exhibitions, and customer visits as needed.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Required
  • 3–7+ years of experience in the battery, EV, energy storage, or related power electronics industry.
  • Technical understanding of lithium-ion battery systems (NCM, LFP, module/pack, BMS, etc.).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
  • In-depth knowledge of engineering practices and technologies relevant to the battery industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to build trust quickly. Reliable, mature, and capable of owning customer relationships end-to-end.
  • Strong ambition and “hunger to win” attitude; able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Preferred
  • Experience with EV OEMs, ESS developers, fleet operators, or industrial equipment manufacturers.
  • Familiarity with Latin American markets and Spanish/Portuguese language skills.
  • Prior experience in a startup or cross-cultural organization.
