Farasis Energy, USA (FEU) is a global battery technology company with over 20 years of history. Originally founded in the Bay Area, the Company specializes in high-performance lithium-ion battery cells, modules, and systems for electric vehicles, commercial mobility, industrial applications, and emerging energy technologies.
With advanced R&D capabilities in the U.S., EU, and Asia, as well as large-scale manufacturing capacity worldwide, FEU is seeking a driven and dependable Senior Sales Manager to help the Company accelerate growth across North and South America. - Develop and execute regional sales strategies for North and South America, aligning with company growth goals.
- Identify, target, and acquire new customers across mobility, industrial, energy storage, and emerging electrification sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, tier-1s, distributors, and strategic partners.
- Drive the full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to provide customers with accurate product knowledge and technical support.
- Track industry trends, competitive landscape, policy changes, and market opportunities in the Americas.
- Prepare regular forecasts, pipeline updates, and business insights for senior management.
- Support marketing, exhibitions, and customer visits as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- 3–7+ years of experience in the battery, EV, energy storage, or related power electronics industry.
- Technical understanding of lithium-ion battery systems (NCM, LFP, module/pack, BMS, etc.).
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering practices and technologies relevant to the battery industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Ability to build trust quickly. Reliable, mature, and capable of owning customer relationships end-to-end.
- Strong ambition and “hunger to win” attitude; able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with EV OEMs, ESS developers, fleet operators, or industrial equipment manufacturers.
- Familiarity with Latin American markets and Spanish/Portuguese language skills.
- Prior experience in a startup or cross-cultural organization.

- Hybrid work schedule (remote on Thurs & Fridays is an option)
