Grow your career with a leading tool company. We are looking for a dedicated Trade Specialist to support our Commercial Construction field sales team.

• Achieve sales targets meeting division and local market goals by selling DEWALT, BLACK+DECKER, STANLEY, LENOX, IRWIN, BOSTITCH, PORTER CABLE, etc.
• Build and maintain relationships with end‑user partners via products, services, contracts and programs.
• Mentor local market teams on end‑user development processes.
• Collaborate with Channel Marketing to implement marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and use  as CRM and planning tool; communicate performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred; construction field experience acceptable.
• 3+ years of Sales or Marketing experience in Construction Supplies with proven performance.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, problem‑solving, communication, organization, multitasking skills.
• Empathy with determination to achieve results.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to travel up to 50% within territory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
