• Sustain production of commercialized drones, docks, and controllers by working closely with operators and troubleshooting production problems.
• Work with manufacturing design, test engineers, and external vendors to develop improved work instructions, tooling, and automation.
• Analyze assembly process cycle times and production line layouts to increase capacity through material flow improvements, waste reduction, and lean practices.
• Drive manufacturing capacity modeling and expansions with teams to meet production targets.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with supply chain, finance, and leadership to analyze cost and production efficiency.
• Support creation of manufacturing processes during the prototype phase by sharing labor time metrics and best practices.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvements, develop business cases, and deliver successful implementation.

• Experienced in manufacturing process development throughout product lifecycle from early EVT to MP with change management requirements.
• Perform time‑motion studies for manufacturing processes.
• Modify electromechanical test fixtures and precision assembly tooling for improvement projects.
• Familiar with 3D solid modeling of hardware parts and 2D modeling of production spaces.
• Hands‑on development of creative solutions to complex problems.
• Flexibility to support evening and weekend shift production.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Understanding of databases and program languages (MySQL, Python).
• General understanding of MES and MRP systems.

Base salary range $147,500 – $210,000. Include stock options and benefits. Relocation assistance available. Paid vacation, sick leave, holiday pay, and 401(k) savings plan. Eligible for group health insurance.
