Join our manufacturing team to lead testing, quality, and reliability for humanoid robot production systems. You will develop and implement quality strategies, evaluate test station performance, and work cross-functionally with design and firmware teams. Your work will directly influence the robustness and scalability of our manufacturing processes.

• Develop end-to-end quality strategies for robot manufacturing, from subassemblies to full systems
• Conduct PFMEA to identify failure modes and improve process robustness
• Collaborate with test and firmware teams to integrate quality checks into workflows
• Analyze test data to monitor yields and identify root causes of failures
• Partner with design teams to implement quality improvements across components and systems
• Lead DOE to refine pass/fail criteria and boost test accuracy
• Evaluate test station performance and scalability across sites
• Document quality plans, testing procedures, and corrective actions

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of electromechanical hardware testing in manufacturing
• Experience with PCBA testing, IMU calibration, actuator and sensor validation, or end-of-line system testing
• Strong understanding of PFMEA, Gage R&R, and statistical data analysis
• Hands‑on experience with test hardware (power supplies, CAN tools, actuators, etc.)
• Self‑starter with strong time management and attention to detail
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills
• Experience with autonomous or humanoid robotic systems
• Exposure to scalable test systems across multiple manufacturing sites
• Background in startup or fast‑paced hardware environments

• Salary Range: $90,000 – $195,000
