The RoleJoin our manufacturing team to lead testing, quality, and reliability for humanoid robot production systems. You will develop and implement quality strategies, evaluate test station performance, and work cross-functionally with design and firmware teams. Your work will directly influence the robustness and scalability of our manufacturing processes.
You Will- Develop end-to-end quality strategies for robot manufacturing, from subassemblies to full systems
- Conduct PFMEA to identify failure modes and improve process robustness
- Collaborate with test and firmware teams to integrate quality checks into workflows
- Analyze test data to monitor yields and identify root causes of failures
- Partner with design teams to implement quality improvements across components and systems
- Lead DOE to refine pass/fail criteria and boost test accuracy
- Evaluate test station performance and scalability across sites
- Document quality plans, testing procedures, and corrective actions
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of electromechanical hardware testing in manufacturing
- Experience with PCBA testing, IMU calibration, actuator and sensor validation, or end-of-line system testing
- Strong understanding of PFMEA, Gage R&R, and statistical data analysis
- Hands‑on experience with test hardware (power supplies, CAN tools, actuators, etc.)
- Self‑starter with strong time management and attention to detail
- Excellent technical documentation and communication skills
- Experience with autonomous or humanoid robotic systems
- Exposure to scalable test systems across multiple manufacturing sites
- Background in startup or fast‑paced hardware environments
- Salary Range: $90,000 – $195,000
