We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Driftwood Healthcare Center-Hayward. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing respiratory interventions and treatments to our patients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and comfort.

• Provide respiratory care services to patients, including oxygen therapy, aerosol therapy, and ventilation management.

• Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans in collaboration with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

• Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.

• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of respiratory equipment.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and achieve positive patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field; either degree is welcome.

• Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Starting Salary: $40–$50 per hour, depending on experience
