Food and Beverage Manager

Overview

This Food & Beverage Manager position is located at Round One Entertainment Inc. in a bowling center and arcade environment. The role focuses on managing all F&B operations, delivering excellent customer experience, and maximizing sales, revenue, and employee engagement.

$24.00/hr – $26.25/hr

• Manage all day-to-day F&B operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Monitor food preparation methods, portion sizes, and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
• Schedule, receive, and verify quality and quantity of food and beverage deliveries.
• Monitor department budgets and payroll records, reviewing financial transactions for accuracy and authorization.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations.
• Maintain full knowledge of alcohol service procedures and comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Provide superior customer service by being constantly visible and readily accessible to customers.
• Conduct alcohol and age restriction controls in accordance with company policies.
• Train, coach, and issue disciplinary actions for department staff.
• Hold weekly staff meetings with department supervisors to discuss and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain a floor presence of at least 90% of shift, providing sales and troubleshooting support.
• Conduct & monitor department inventory, submitting reports on a weekly & monthly basis.

• 2-3 years restaurant management experience, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industries.
• At least 21 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Open availability, especially nights and weekends.
• Must be able to serve alcohol and be at least 21+.

The employee regularly works in a bowling center/arcade environment with high noise levels, dust, and activity. Noise level is usually loud.

The role requires bending, stretching, twisting, climbing, and high mobility/flexibility in small spaces. Stand and walk for extensive periods without breaks during busy times. Handle and reach with hands and arms. Lift and/or move up to 100 lbs with assistance.
