At TVHC, we are resilient, people-centered, and collaborative - and we’re evolving rapidly toward becoming an even more agile, business-minded organization. The CHRO will play a pivotal role in shaping that evolution - building the people systems, culture, and capabilities needed to support our mission and performance at scale.
As CHRO, you’ll be a core member of the executive team and a key architect of our long-term strategic success. You’ll lead with emotional intelligence, business acumen, and a deep understanding of what it takes to engage, develop, and retain top talent in a complex healthcare environment. Your leadership will directly impact the strength of our teams, our ability to execute, and our continued reputation as a well-respected, values-driven organization.

This deeply mission-driven community health center provides vital healthcare services to more than 30,000 patients annually - including some of the most vulnerable and marginalized populations - through comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services, as well as youth health, WIC, and health education programs.
Compensation: $200,000 - $220,000, depending on experience.
TVHC offers compensation ranges that are determined by a thorough market-based analysis and are fully disclosed in accordance with California law.
