Location: Hayward, CA 94541

Duration: Contract to Permanent Role

Pay Rate: $13.00/hour on W2

I.

Job Summary

Provides clerical and administrative support to departmental managers and assists in coordinating daily operations, including data recording and reporting.

II.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in troubleshooting safety, service, and operational issues.
  • Create, distribute, and close customer tickets daily.
  • Maintain and distribute department-related information daily.
  • Communicate with supervisors and managers regarding operations and dispatch issues.
  • Complete and maintain various reports as directed.
  • Use software tools for procurement, attendance, safety incidents, and contract labor management.
  • Assist with data collection and reporting for incentive pay programs.
  • Support payment processing and other financial tasks.
  • Contribute to operational projects as needed.
  • Communicate with customers and employees regarding service issues and schedules.
  • Enter and maintain Service Machine SMART data daily.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
A.

Education and Experience
  • Required:

    High school diploma or G.E.D. and zero to four years of experience.
  • Preferred:
    Additional training and zero to four years of experience.

Note:

The manager is seeking a more junior-level candidate with accounting experience in a high-volume environment.
