Run sponsor-side transactions end-to-end. Draft, negotiate, and lead core work streams across buyouts, add-ons, minority/growth investments, venture rounds, recapitalizations, exits, and executive equity.
Big Law salary PLUS get a full end of year bonus + signing bonus if you start before the end of the year.
What you’ll do:
- Run PE/M&A work streams with direct client contact.
- Draft/negotiate SPAs, merger and rollover docs, equity and incentive plans, key ancillaries.
- Own diligence, closings, and counter party/advisor coordination.
What you bring:
- 3+ years at a leading firm in PE/M&A or growth/VC.
- Proven independent ownership within a team.
- Strong business judgment and crisp writing/speaking.
- CA bar or eligibility (next exam/waiver).
