Salary: $90,000 – $115,000 per year

• Bachelor’s degree in general engineering, manufacturing, or related field
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in quality engineering or similar manufacturing role
• Experience with quality control methodologies, PPAP, 8D, 5-Why, SQC
• Experience in semiconductor or aerospace component manufacturing
• Basic understanding of metal manufacturing processes (punching, forming, welding, machining, assembling)
• Basic Solid Works skills and advanced MS Office skills
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ensure quality throughout production using QMS
• Maintain, improve, and evolve QMS processes and procedures
• Work with customers and vendors on all quality-related matters
• Perform postmortems and RCCAs on non-conformances
• Execute assigned quality engineering tasks as directed by the Quality Engineering Manager
