Packaging Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

Packaging Compliance Analyst ensures inbound packaging and labeling meet internal and regulatory requirements. This role supports packaging integrity, supplier compliance, and data accuracy across logistics and manufacturing systems, working closely with Packaging Engineering, Logistics, Quality, and suppliers.

• Audit inbound packaging and labeling against approved packaging specifications.
• Maintain and update packaging and logistics databases (PFEP, compliance trackers, KPIs).
• Document packaging designs, deviations, damages, and corrective actions.
• Support supplier corrective actions and packaging trials.
• Identify packaging risks, improvement opportunities, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally on packaging strategy, kitting, and repackaging.
• Develop data‑driven reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

• Associate’s degree in Packaging, Industrial, or Logistics Engineering, or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, and manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of packaging systems, labeling, lean manufacturing, and warehouse processes.
• Familiarity with CAD drawings and technical documentation preferred.
