Job Description

Maintain equipment, ensuring calibration, and monitor performance.
Ensure on-time delivery by planning and prioritizing work based on the ERP-driven schedule.
Prioritize the quality of parts.
Follow best practices and specified procedures for powder coating and silk screening.
Monitor, train, coach, and lead your people, all while ensuring safety protocols and proper use of PPE.

Requirements

5 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role in powder coating at an AS9100 or ISO
9001 shop.
Must be an expert at powder coating by being proficient in the use of all its equipment and able to troubleshoot problems.
Able to understand and comply with all AS9100 quality requirements.
Computer skills allowing for comfortable use of our ERP and QDB.
Able to read and understand blueprints and their requirements.
