Night Pallet Laborer

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable night Pallet Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely loading and unloading of materials and products in a fast-paced distribution center environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

* Safely load and unload materials and products from trucks and containers.

* Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment as needed for material handling.

* Build pallets and organize products for efficient storage and transportation.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with OSHA regulations.

* Load, unload, and stack pallets manually or with equipment.

* Inspect pallets for damage and repair or recycle as needed.

* Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble, disassemble or refurbish pallets.

* Maintain a clean and organized work area.

* Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

* Assist in inventory management and quality control.

* Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.

* Knowledge of OSHA standards related to warehouse operations.

* Experience in materials handling within a warehouse or distribution center setting.

* Proficient in heavy equipment operation, including forklifts.

* Ability to work in varying temperatures and warehouse conditions.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

* Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
