• Oversee surface preparation processes like cleaning and blasting for proper coating adhesion.
• Implement and enforce quality control protocols including coating thickness and adhesion testing.
• Lead, train, and develop powder coating technicians to maintain safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

• Proven expertise in powder coating application, curing processes, and defect troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of surface preparation and quality inspection methods.
• Leadership experience managing and mentoring technical teams in production.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Job Boss) and production tracking tools.
• Familiarity with safety, environmental regulations, and compliance standards in manufacturing.
