Shift: Swing Shift, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

We build humanoid robots that work alongside people to solve labor shortages and create abundance.
The RoleAs an Assembly Technician, you will build precision mechanical components and subassemblies that bring our humanoid robots to life. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment where your work will directly contribute to production output and quality. You’ll work with engineering drawings and tools to ensure every robot meets high standards of accuracy and performance. This role requires attention to detail, physical dexterity, and a strong commitment to team goals.
YouWill
- Assemble mechanical parts, subassemblies, and structures using hand and power tools
- Follow work instructions, engineering drawings, and assembly diagrams
- Install hardware such as fasteners, bearings, shafts, and linkages
- Use measuring tools including calipers, torque wrenches, and gauges to verify fit and alignment
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections for quality assurance
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow safety and ESD procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Report defects, delays, or issues to leads or quality staff
- 2+ years of experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and written instructions
- Skilled with hand tools and basic measuring instruments
- Comfortable with repetitive, detailed work and handling small parts
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands‑on tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
- Good manual dexterity and fine motor skills
- Salary Range: $25 – $60 per hour
