• Safely, efficiently, and effectively set up and run lasers.
• Follow setup sheets and help revise old ones or generate new ones when needed.
• Produce good parts on time. Responsible for the quality of every part you produce.
• Interact with the ERP system correctly (punching in and out of jobs).

• 3 years of experience as a laser operator
• Able to run at least one type of laser
• Must be able to read and follow blueprints/drawings
• Must be able to properly use relevant inspection equipment such as calipers and height gages
• Physical strength to repeatably lift and carry 25 lbs.
• NC punch and psikética water-jet experience a strong plus
