Our Business Management Trainee Program is an exciting entry-level opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, and ambitious professionals looking to grow into leadership roles while gaining hands-on experience in business management, marketing, and nonprofit outreach

We partner with nonprofit organizations, advocacy groups, and ethical brands to increase awareness, drive donor engagement, and support impactful community initiatives
. Through in-person events, grassroots marketing, and outreach campaigns
, our team connects directly with communities to inspire action.

What You’ll Do
  • Participate in paid leadership training and mentorship programs
  • Coordinate and manage fundraising, marketing, and outreach events
  • Supervise on-site event activities and maintain relationships with community partners
  • Support recruitment, training, and mentoring of new team members
  • Track and analyze campaign performance to improve outreach results
  • Represent nonprofit and client partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
