Position OverviewAs a Community Outreach Associate
, you will represent established nonprofit partners at community events and public venues. Through direct, face-to-face engagement, you’ll educate the public, share powerful impact stories, and inspire support for important causes. This position offers real-world experience, growth opportunities, and a clear path into leadership.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for nonprofit partners at outreach events and community locations
- Engage community members through face-to-face conversations to raise awareness and generate support
- Present nonprofit missions, programs, and impact stories in a clear and compelling manner
- Collaborate with outreach teams to meet daily engagement and fundraising goals
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintenance of branded outreach materials
- Document interactions and collect community insights to improve outreach strategies
- Participate in ongoing training focused on communication skills, leadership development, and advocacy

- No prior outreach, fundraising, or nonprofit experience required
