Entry-Level Community Outreach Associate

We are actively hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Associates to support high-impact nonprofit and charitable organizations through in-person outreach, grassroots campaigns, and community engagement initiatives

As a Community Outreach Associate
, you will represent established nonprofit partners at community events and public venues. Through direct, face-to-face engagement, you’ll educate the public, share powerful impact stories, and inspire support for important causes. • Serve as a brand ambassador for nonprofit partners at outreach events and community locations
• Engage community members through face-to-face conversations to raise awareness and generate support
• Present nonprofit missions, programs, and impact stories in a clear and compelling manner
• Collaborate with outreach teams to meet daily engagement and fundraising goals
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintenance of branded outreach materials
• Document interactions and collect community insights to improve outreach strategies
• Participate in ongoing training focused on communication skills, leadership development, and advocacy
