We are actively hiring Entry-Level Community Outreach Associates to support high-impact nonprofit and charitable organizations through in-person outreach, grassroots campaigns, and community engagement initiatives

Position OverviewAs a Community Associate, you will represent established nonprofit partners at community events and public venues. Through face-to-face engagement
, you’ll educate the public, share impactful stories, and inspire support for important causes. This role provides real-world experience, skill-building, and a clear path into leadership
.
Serve as a brand ambassador for nonprofit partners at outreach events and community locations
Engage community members through direct, face-to-face conversations to raise awareness and generate support
Present nonprofit missions, programs, and impact stories clearly and compellingly
Collaborate with outreach teams to meet daily engagement and fundraising goals
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintenance of branded outreach materials
Document interactions and collect community insights to improve outreach strategies
Participate in ongoing training focused on communication, leadership development, and advocacy
