Registered Nurse (RN)

Windsor Post Acute Care Center of Hayward is now hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to be the newest member of our awesome team!

$53.00 to $55.00

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. In accordance with guidelines and regulations, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes but not limited to:

• Completing initial, comprehensive and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
• Writing, initiating and revising plan of care, as needed.
• Initiating and delivering appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, and administering mediations and treatments as prescribed.
• Completing, maintaining, and submitting accurate clinical notes regarding condition and care given.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information; and
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

• RN with current licensure to practice in the state
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality of care standards for residents
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self‑directed and able to work with minimal supervision

• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
• Behavioral care / memory care experience
  
  Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
