Ultimate Staffing is currently seeking a Quality Assurance/Administrative Coordinator to join a client in Hayward. The role is with a health and nutrition services client. This role is administrative but works closely with lab employees. This is a temp-to-hire position. This is a 100% onsite position. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm with a starting pay of $25 - $28 an hour.

Job Duties:

• Coordinate with client lab to ensure that specifications are accurate before being sent for testing.
• Verify that invoices match test prices quoted.
• Manage and track quality tests after they are received and sending to the lab.
• Obtain PO's from accounting for tests.
• Coordinate tests for products.
• Be the internal point of contact to relay test results.
• File reports on quality.
• Communicate with vendors on testing and maintenance.
• Follow lab safety practices.
• Organize samples.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Chemistry background a plus.
• Strong MS Office and computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
