Floral Merchandiser - Hayward

Position Summary

Are you someone who enjoys self‑directed, independent work in a fast‑paced environment? So do our current merchandisers! Our ideal candidate is able to create visually appealing color groupings for displays, love to work with customers, and be able to lift and push and pull up to 30 pounds. Qualified applicants have a valid driver’s license.

As a merchandiser, you’ll bring our high‑quality flowers and plants to life through beautiful in‑store displays at retail locations. Product will be delivered ahead of time from our warehouse—you’ll arrive ready to work your magic and make the displays shine!

Marketplace in Hayward, Wisconsin. Applicants must be within 15–25 miles radius of Hayward, Wisconsin.

$20.00–$22.00 per hour with mileage reimbursement for all business‑related travel to and from stores.

Part‑time. Must be available Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Each store takes around 1–2 hours to complete. Flexible start times, most merchandisers begin around 10:00 AM. Adaptable to business demands.

• High school diploma or better.
• Standard driver's license.
• Ability to lift and push/pull up to 30 pounds.
• Must be within 15–25 miles radius of Hayward, Wisconsin.

• Detail oriented: capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
• Motivated: inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals.
• Flexible: willing to work varying hours and adapt to changing business demands.
• 1 year retail or customer service experience.
