Reporting To: HVAC Manager

The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role ensures customer comfort by providing high-quality service, technical expertise, and professional communication.

• The job duties below include, but are not limited to:
• Diagnose, repair, and perform routine maintenance on heating and
• Inspect and troubleshoot components such as compressors, thermostats, motors, fans, filters and ductwork
• Install new HVAC systems and components as needed
• Provide accurate assessments and recommend necessary repairs or
• Educate customers on system operation, energy efficiency, and maintenance best practices
• Complete all required documentation, service tickets, and reports accurately
• Maintain tools, company vehicle, and equipment in proper working condition
• Follow safety procedures and comply with all company, local, and state codes
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times

• $75K-$150K or more (hourly, plus commission)
• Full time with overtime as necessary
