HVAC Install Lead

Our team is looking for an innovative, team-oriented problem solver who loves helping others and is excited by career growth. You will be responsible for installing new / replacement equipment and providing excellent customer service to residential and commercial heating and air conditioning.

Your duties below include, but are not limited to :

• Proven 3-5 years of recent, full-time experience
• Ability to effectively communicate (written and verbal) with customers, managers and co-workers.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
• Keep your truck clean inside and out
• Keep your truck inventory up to date
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance
• Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Properly complete paperwork
• Work with crane operators to help properly stage and position equipment.
• Works under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in customer's home or business location
• EPA Universal Certification
• Proven proficiency with AC, mini-split, and heat pump installation skills is a must.
• Knowledge of proper electrical and HVAC safety
• Required to train and provide guidance to install Apprentices and HVAC Install Helpers through the HVAC installation process
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities Document service and installation by completing applicable forms, reports, logs, and records.
