Winn Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Lord Tennyson Apartments in Hayward, CA. You will perform maintenance across rental units, common areas, office, grounds, and parking lots, with an 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, Monday–Friday. On-call availability is required.
Qualifications include 1–3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliances, and a valid driver's license. CAMT or vocational training is preferred.
