Responsibilities
  • Security of Branch – Controlling access to buildings and grounds, allowing access under the branch policy.
  • Customer Service – Handle incoming customer calls concerning Routing Specials on Demand Service Request No pick‑ups Resolve customer issues Generate ETA to Ops Report Communication with all routes
  • Maintain Dispatchers Log – Logging hourly calls into the report log system, including payment liability route problems/concerns about suspicious activity;
    Create Holiday Routes and Maintain Requests from Customers and National Accounts;
    Send out safety/security messages;
    Coordinate any special services to routes and make supervisors aware;
    Coordinate variable account pick‑ups and deliveries;
    Maintain the Daily ATM Combos list. Assist Messengers with force balances on ATMs and any related ATM Issues;
    Perform any other duties or special projects as deemed necessary by the Management Staff.
Position Duties

Handling customers’ calls into the branch, communicating with all routes, providing ATM combo/support to routes, keying information into the daily RPMS report, maintaining and updating SOFI information daily, and maintaining Branch reports.

General Information

Climate‑controlled office environment. Requires extended time sitting at a desk, opening doors to the building, answering company phone lines, operating computers, and monitoring vehicle radios.
