Warehouse Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the Biomanufacturing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join their team. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting inventory management, shipping, and receiving functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** Shift: 8am-4:30pm*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Understand and adhere to SOPs, GMPs, safety rules, and departmental procedures to ensure compliance and safety.

+ Process inbound freight and outbound shipments accurately, including labeling and preparing parcels for shipping.

+ Replenish stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship materials efficiently to meet production schedules.

+ Assist with cycle counting, physical inventory verification, and maintaining organized storage areas.

+ Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, and perform routine maintenance checks.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ 3-5 years of recent warehouse experience required

+ Proficiency in warehouse management systems and PC environments.

+ Ability to lift 10-50 lbs and operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.

+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
