Logistics Associate

Expected compensation: 37.00 USD Per Hour.

We’re helping an on-demand, autonomous ride‑hailing company find a Logistics Associate to support warehouse operations, material flow, and production delivery activities.

• Execute material flow processes across the warehouse, including dock operations, production delivery, and shipping (via forklift, foot transport, and other methods).
• Use warehouse systems to input, retrieve, and track inventory and parts movements.
• Pull and deliver materials to assigned production areas based on the production schedule.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies through physical counts and system updates.
• Follow all warehouse safety standards, PPE requirements, and 5S practices.
• Uncrate critical components for general assembly customers.
• Support indirect material storage and collaborate with stakeholders across the network.
• Ensure timely, accurate parts delivery to general assembly and base operations teams.
• Demonstrate initiative, problem‑solving ability, and a strong sense of urgency in daily operations.

• Bachelor’s degree with 4‑6 years of industry experience or HS diploma/GED with 8‑10 years of experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen.
• Compliance with the Substance Abuse Policy.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to operate heavy warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
• "Get it done" attitude with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across warehouse and production teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

This is a full‑time, ongoing contract position staffed via Hire Art. It will be onsite and available to candidates local to the Hayward, CA area.
