Warehouse Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the Biomanufacturing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to join their team. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting inventory management, shipping, and receiving functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

8am-4:30pm

• Understand and adhere to SOPs, GMPs, safety rules, and departmental procedures to ensure compliance and safety.
• Process inbound freight and outbound shipments accurately, including labeling and preparing parcels for shipping.
• Replenish stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship materials efficiently to meet production schedules.
• Assist with cycle counting, physical inventory verification, and maintaining organized storage areas.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts, and perform routine maintenance checks.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of recent warehouse experience required
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and PC environments.
• Ability to lift 10-50 lbs and operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
