• Offer exceptional care and education in accordance with the EYFS and support the unique needs of each child in your care
• Work supportively and collaboratively with your team to create a caring, playful environment for every child
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families through kind, open communication

• Level 2 or higher UK‑recognised early years qualification
• Strong understanding of EYFS
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
