• Qualifications:
  GCSE Maths and English at pass grade (Grade C/4 or equivalent).
• Eligibility: Right to work in the UK is essential.
• Experience (Desirable): Previous experience in care, childcare, education, or personal/professional experience with SEN.
• Skills: Confidence in supporting group activities across different educational subjects and an ability to use personal interests to engage learners.

• Supporting complex SEN learners on a 1:1 and small group basis throughout the day.
• Enabling students to access the curriculum while supporting their pastoral and emotional needs.
• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery, classroom prep, and maintaining a smooth learning environment.
• Supervising pupils during break times and lunchtimes to promote social interaction.
