We are seeking to hire an Electronics Engineering (m/f/d) within the electronics team to enable Quantum technologies.

What You’ll Accomplish- Produce high quality, full-custom, mixed-signal integrated circuit layouts
- Contribute to the development of innovative IC designs
- Work across all levels of the design from base cells to chip top-level
- Collaborate closely with designers to understand specific circuit requirements
- Deliver DRC/LVS clean layout within project schedules
- Implement designs on a variety of fabrication processes
- IC layout experience across all levels of the design hierarchy
- Flexibility to adapt and learn new tools and processes
- Ability to take ownership of large-scale layout blocks
- Minimum of 5 years experience of IC Layout
- Proficient with CAD layout tools
- Deep understanding of technologies
- Competent with device matching techniques and routing of sensitive signals
- Experience of floor-planning and chip assembly
- Ability to independently interpret DRC and LVS results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with people in different functions
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- Familiarisation with auto-routing/physical implementation tools
- Experience with layout of high-voltage devices
- Ability to use scripting languages (Python, Perl, SKILL)
