We’re seeking a Commercial Executive - Premium Finance to join our Commercial & Marketing team at our Haywards Heath, West Sussex office.

This role is a 6-month fixed term contract with potential extension based on team needs.

In this role, you’ll support First Central with activities related to the delivery of the Premium Finance product, including credit control, lending, and consumer collections.

Core skills required:

• Experience in Finance / Accounting processes
• Proficiency with Focus

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with outsourcing debt collection to Debt Collection Agencies (DCA), including fund accounting, write-offs, and administration
• Review daily aged debt reports to ensure data integrity
• Process manual journals for reconciliation
• Respond to queries from DCA’s and other departments within SLA
• Maintain controls throughout the department
• Plan and allocate daily workloads to meet SLAs
• Identify and implement process/system improvements for Premium Finance
• Ensure compliance with FCA CONC, TCF, and other standards
• Participate in system testing and project work
• Perform other duties as required
