Wooton & Bean has been a trusted name in Haywards Heath for over 11 years, known for delivering exceptional service and building long-term client relationships. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our expanding team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide expert mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients
• Handle remortgages, product transfers, and new mortgage applications and providing tailored protection solutions
• Conduct client appointments in person, virtually, or by phone
• Submit accurate, compliant applications with a “right-first-time” approach
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers, and professional partners
• Stay up to date with market trends and lender criteria

What We’re Looking For:

• CeMAP qualified with competent adviser status
• Proven experience in mortgage advising, including remortgages and product transfers as well as ensuring that these homeowners are financially resilient
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and a client-first mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence (regular office attendance required)

What You’ll Get:

• Uncapped earnings with realistic OTE of £45,000 – £70,000+
• 20 days’ holiday + bank holidays (rising to 25 with service)
