We’re seeking a dedicated Deputy Nursing Home Manager (RGN) to join a highly reputable, well‑run nursing home in West Sussex. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead or Senior RGN looking to progress into management while still making a hands‑on difference.

As the Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the service, ensuring outstanding clinical standards, team leadership, and exceptional resident care. You will play a key part in:

• Leading and mentoring the clinical and care teams
• Ensuring compliance with CQC standards
شنا managing care planning, audits, and clinical governance
• Supporting staff development, supervision, and rota planning
• Maintaining a warm, safe, person‑centred environment for all residents

• RGN qualification & active NMC PIN
• Experience as a Clinical Lead, Senior RGN, or Deputy Manager
• Strong clinical knowledge and confidence in decision‑making
• A passion for delivering high‑quality care and supporting staff
