A regional Trust is looking for a Maintenance Crafts Person (Mechanical / Plumbing) to join its Estates Services team in Haywards Heath. The ideal candidate will have a City & Guilds level 2 or equivalent in Mechanical / Plumbing and relevant experience in building maintenance. Responsibilities include undertaking maintenance work, maintaining high standards, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. A van is provided for site work and an on-call rota participation is required.
