A regional Trust is seeking a Maintenance Crafts Person (Mechanical / Plumbing) to join its Estates Services team in Haywards Heath. The ideal candidate should have a City & Guilds level 2 or equivalent in Mechanical / Plumbing with relevant experience in building maintenance. Responsibilities include undertaking maintenance work, ensuring high standards and compliance with statutory requirements, along with participation in an on-call rota.
A van will be provided for site work.
