Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Assist with general surgical procedures including bowel resection, wound care, abscess drainage, and trauma surgeries Support surgical teams during emergency procedures such as perforations and other trauma cases Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments for daily procedures Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols Assist in post-operative care and wound management as directed Document procedures and patient data accurately Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care What You Need Valid licensure and certifications as required for surgical support roles Prior experience in general or emergency surgical settings preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and fast-paced environments About the Assignment This assignment involves supporting a busy surgical unit performing a variety of general and emergency procedures including bowel resections, wound care, abscess management, and trauma surgeries.
