Production Operator​/Engineer

· Assignedas a Field Executive in Fluidised Catalytic Cracking unit

· Experienced in Handling of Fluidised Bed Based Catalyst Reactor and Regenerator.

· Feed stock:
Vacuum Gas oil From Crude Distillation After Hydrotreating done@180

KBPSD.

· Familiar with Zeolite Catalyst Handling like loading and unloading.

· Experienced in Monitor and controlling the parameters of Distillation column.

· Technical Knowledge about Distillation and Absorption Sections.

· Experienced in Handling of Centrifugal and Reciprocating Compressors & pumps , Back pressure Steam Turbines.

· Familiar with the H2S absorptionprocedure used to remove H2S from Fuel Gas.

· Monitoring process parameters and totake corrective measures in case of abnormalities. Ensure accurate and proper functioning of all equipment in coordination with maintenance & other departments.

· Well Known about all types of work permit like Cold work(Low Medium and High Risk), Hot work (Light & Heavyhot work), Line break permit , Confined space entry etc., including Scaffoldingpreparation, Work at height, Excavation job, and Electrical isolation, Check sheets, Authorizations, Special job deviations etc.

· Collect and deliver Samples( Bomb,Bottle & open) in the Field for laboratory testing.

· Safe handling of hazardous material and plant wastes contribute to housekeeping.

· Performed Emergency drills ofon-site emergencies, Equipment Positive isolation& LOTO(Lockout Tag out) procedure, HOTO(Handover Takeover) Procedure Vessel entry procedure, Nitrogenpurging of the equipment to free Toxic gas and oxygen from the System.

· Familiar with Operating of Fire Extinguishers, SCBA Set, Airline Respirators, Deluge Water System, Elevated Fire Monitors etc.,

· Follow the HITRA(Hazard Identification & Task Risk Assessment) ,PIPA(Pre-Incident Planning Analysis) Procedures during & before attempting the job
