POSITION
Clinician
WORKSITEKentucky River Community Care/Perry County Treehouse
SHIFTprimarily Monday-Thursday 10am – 8pm
EMPLOYMENT TYPERegular Full-Time
SPECIAL SKILLSExperience working with children/adolescents preferred.
DEGREEMaster’s Degree in approved Human Services field with either LPCA, LPCC, CSW, LCSW, LPA, LPP
JOB DUTIES- Provide Behavioral health screenings, assessments, and diagnostic impression interviews of consumers.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling/therapy to consumers.
- Provide psychosocial evaluations.
- Provide treatment planning and termination summaries as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Provide consultation/education/emergency services.
- Provide outpatient appointment and follow-up with appropriate service agencies as required.
