Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN with a minimum of 2 years of circulator experience and an active KY or compact RN license.
Responsibilities- Work in the Operating and Recovery Room of a hospital setting
- Care primarily for surgical and recovery room patients
- Cases include Ortho, Endoscopy, General, and ENT procedures
- Scheduled shift is 07:00-15:30
- Call rotation required, including every 6th or 7th weekend
- Schedule rotates between 36 and 48 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
- Orientation is hosted bi-weekly
- Travel pairs are not allowed unless unit-specific exceptions apply
- Block scheduling is not permitted
- No local candidates accepted
- Assignment requires flexibility to interview if shortlisted
- Active KY or compact RN license
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 2 years of recent OR RN circulator experience
- Strong experience in orthopedic procedures
- Experience with Endoscopy, General, and ENT surgical cases
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
