Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU position requiring CVICU experience and a current KY or compact RN license.
Responsibilities

• Work in the Cardiovascular ICU of a hospital setting

• Patient ratio is 1:2

• Care for cardiovascular patients including fresh heart cases

• Shifts are 19:30-07:30 on ahour weekly rotation

• Utilizes Meditech EMR

• Orientation is provided bi-weekly

• First time travelers not specified; travel pairs are not allowed

• Copy of driver's license required

• No local candidates will be considered

• Holiday and weekend shifts may be required
Requirements

• Active KY or compact RN license required

• Minimum of 2 years recent CVICU experience

• Current certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale

• Must have experience caring for fresh post-op heart patients

• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
