Team Leader

Goodwill Industries of Kentucky is looking for a high‑energy, positive, team‑mindful Team Leader to join our store operation. This position is critical for ensuring the success of our retail store, supporting our core values of respect, excellence, and integrity, and delivering outstanding customer service. Hours of operation:
Monday – Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM

• Assist in directing and modeling job duties for other Production Clerks.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting donors and customers, offering assistance.
• Sort merchandise, stock shelves, and rotate inventory as needed.
• Operate the cash register.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High‑school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Proficient basic math skills; able to make change and complete paperwork promptly.
• Experience coaching or training one‑on‑one Production Clerks (preferred).
• Reliable transportation to and from work.

• Light to medium physical work, including sitting, bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping, repetitive motions, and lifting/pushing/pulling 10‑20 lbs (occasionally 20‑50 lbs).
• Ability to perform material handling with few restrictions and minimal supervision.
• Capability to work a rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
