Our manufacturing company is seeking forklift drivers to join our team. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who always show up for work on time and ready to be a team player.

• Operate stand-up or sit down forklift in a safe manner
• Operate a stand-up or sit down forklift to move product within warehouse and load trucks as needed
• Unload trucks and put inventory away
• Rack and stack product up to 16 feet high
• Load trucks with empty dunnage

• Make safety a personal priority
• Must be able to stand for 8-9 hours a day.
• Must be available for overtime and weekend work.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Maintain self-confidence and self-esteem of others
• Maintain constructive relationships
• Take initiative to make things better
• Lead by example
• Be on time

• Sit-down forklift experience is mandatory
• Aerial lift, boom lift, scissor lift, and stand-up forklift experience
• Must be able to pass a post‑offer urinalysis drug screen and background check

• Forklift certification (e.g., OSHA-compliant).
• Scissor lift certification.
• Aerial/boom lift certification.
• Stand‑up forklift certification.
